Warner Estate is an established property investment and development company with a strong track record of adding value for shareholders and co-investors through the active asset management of properties across the retail, office, industrial and distribution sectors.

Warner Estate's retail business, including Agora, Agora Max and the Wholly Owned brands, is comprised of nine shopping centres across the UK and is driven by investment in refurbishment programmes, leasing initiatives and a significant development pipeline.

The company has experienced substantial growth this year in its retail business, a direct result of an exceptional team and the strength of partnerships.

The Pallasades was purchased by Warner Estate in October 2005 and forms part of the new Agora Max Shopping Centre Fund, the first purchase outside the North West.
